True to Mercury retrograde, I was convinced to change my mind by a subscriber to these posts. As a result my Black Friday-ish sale will be extended through 1 December. Also, one person ordered two half hours and combined them for an hour. Given that, I see no point in not offering a discount on an hour consultation. So, here you go... the mind-changed link.
Mercury retrograde in Sagittarius opposes Jupiter in Gemini, also retrograde on 4 December. As the messenger recedes into the first half of the sign, a square is formed to Saturn in Pisces on 6 December.
Mercury returns to normal direct motion on 15 December. Upon direct motion, given that Jupiter and Saturn square off on 24 December, the fleet-footed one first encounters Jupiter in replicating the patterns... the opposition to Jupiter repeats on 26 December. The very next day, Mercury repeat squares Saturn in Pisces.
What the message the messenger brings with each of these transits? First, consider that the Mercury retrograde aspects to the gaseous grand ones occur with the Sun in Sagittarius. As such, the questions posed and questions answered consist of conceptual, philosophical renderings. When Mercury turns direct and reconvenes the previously posed aspects the messaging turns pragmatic and demand real world usefulness in the moment because of the Sun now occupying Capricorn.
Here’s a bullet point summary of these mercurial entanglements.
Mercury retrograde opposite Jupiter retrograde, Sun in Sagittarius
It’s about perspective and interpretation, not so much right and wrong.
Room in the mind must be made for consideration of all mental input before rejecting any of it.
Figure that those who hold differing views than yourself, see you as being as intractable as you perceive them.
Seek any contradictions between what you want to do and what you need to do.
Locate inconsistencies and contradictions in thoughts, beliefs and actions carried out in life. Ponder the mental mixes underscoring such thoughts and have yourself a good sorting.

Not everything that comes to mind needs to be stated in the moment it occurs.
This is a time for cultivating and refining thoughts before blurting them out.
Realize anything said with confidence is like to receive buffeting from those who claim to be more knowledgeable.
Remember, an opinion is not a statement of fact or truth.
Explain only to the point where understanding can occur.

Refine all belief systems. Delete outdated thoughts, concepts and buzz phrases.
Time to state solid affirmations regarding personal capabilities.
From those defined capabilities assert goals.
Add realistic time lines to stated goals to add dramatic pressure and encourage expeditious completion.
Realize the value of the axiom “Speak of this no more.”
Mercury direct opposite Jupiter, Sun in Capricorn
State truths and beliefs with clarity and free from attitude.
Recognize and avoid unnecessary drama. Seek to create no drama.
Locate resourceful applications to pursue that supports the successful manifestation of all objective.
Concentrate on offering only solution-oriented realities. Criticize nothing without posing useful alternatives.
Cultivate critical thinking free of non judgmental thought processes.
Impose no agendas, requirements, demands or restrictions on others with whom collaboration is sought.
Here’s a Mercury mishmash for you. Given that the new year and its demand for resolutions is almost upon us, is it better to align stated resolutions with natal chart aspects, such as the solar return instead of engaging in this cultural phenomena? Especially with Mars retrograde perhaps.
With mercurial tendencies pocketed, here’s to proceeding with communicative clarity in the days and weeks ahead. Ponder solid thoughts and make clear statements, with focus upon listening as much as speaking in the spirit of “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!”
More soon.
